Conquer Fitness ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Conquer Fitness application (the "App"), including the web app and the companion mobile application.

• Account information: email address and password when you create an account.
• Workout data: activities, scheduled workouts, metrics, and completion status you enter into the App.
• Voice input: when you use a voice feature, your device's microphone captures audio so it can be transcribed into text. See "Microphone and Voice Input" below.
• Device information: device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and crash reporting.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the App, including generating AI-powered workout schedules, tracking your progress, and calculating your Conquer Score. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers hosted by Microsoft Azure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate workout schedules and suggestions based on the goals, preferences, and workout history you provide. To do this, the relevant information is sent to a third-party AI provider that processes it on our behalf to generate content for you. This data is used solely to generate your content; it is not sold and is not used for advertising.

6. Microphone and Voice Input

Some features let you enter information by voice. When you choose to use a voice feature, the App accesses your device's microphone to capture your speech, which is transcribed into text using your device's built-in speech recognition. Depending on your device and settings, this transcription may be performed on-device or by your device operating system provider (for example, Apple). We do not store recordings of your voice; we only use the resulting text to carry out the action you requested. The microphone is only accessed when you actively start a voice feature.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for diagnostics and error reporting (such as crash reports). These services receive limited technical information needed to keep the App stable and are bound by their own privacy policies.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App, from your Profile, or by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and associated data directly within the App, from your Profile, or request access, correction, or export of your data by contacting us at the email below.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
