How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot Password" and enter your account email. We'll send you a link to reset it. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile within the app, or by emailing us at support@conquerfitnesstracker.com.

Why isn't my workout data syncing?

Make sure your device has an active internet connection and that you're signed in. If the problem continues, try signing out and back in, or contact support with details about what you're seeing.
